ABOUT ME
Custom Home Designer • Interiors • Space Planning • Mom of Four
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
My love for interior design began growing up in an 1881 Victorian home in Arkansas that remains on the historic registry today. The millwork in that home was extraordinary. Fifteen-foot pocket doors nearly nine inches thick, intricate paneling, and craftsmanship that stopped you in your tracks. Living with that level of detail sparked my lifelong appreciation for architecture, millwork, and thoughtfully designed spaces.
Before moving into residential design, I spent over a decade working in technology. Today that background allows me to use the latest tools to bring clarity and efficiency to the design process. Through detailed drawings and hyper-realistic renderings, clients are able to clearly see how their homes will look and feel long before construction is complete.
Today I’m a Colorado-based residential designer working primarily with custom homes. I collaborate closely with homeowners and builders throughout the building process, guiding design decisions from early planning and materials to lighting, millwork, and finishes so the entire home feels cohesive from the start.
Outside of design, I’m a mom of four, an avid snowboarder, and the author and illustrator of the children’s book series Little Cycle Breakers.

DESIGN FOR CUSTOM HOMES

Design Leadership Throughout the Building Process
Designing a custom home involves hundreds of decisions that shape how a home looks, functions, and ultimately feels to live in.
I work closely with homeowners and builders throughout construction to guide those decisions. From architectural interior planning and cabinetry design to lighting layouts, materials, and finish selections, every detail is considered within the larger vision of the home.
The goal is simple: create homes that feel cohesive, intentional, and beautifully finished from the moment you walk in.

What Makes My Process Different
Architectural Approach to Interiors
Great interiors start with good architecture. I help homeowners think through scale, layout, and material layering so the interior design feels integrated with the structure of the home.
Clarity During Complex Builds
Building a custom home requires thousands of decisions. I help simplify that process by guiding selections and maintaining a clear design direction throughout the build.
Visualization & Renderings
Using advanced renderings and concept visuals, I help clients see their spaces before construction is complete. This allows for confident design decisions and fewer surprises later in the process.
Direct Collaboration
Homeowners and builders work directly with me throughout the design process. I stay involved during planning, selections, and installation phases to ensure the design vision carries through to completion.
THE PROCESS
Discovery & Vision
We begin by understanding how the home will function day to day. Lifestyle, priorities, and architectural opportunities shape the overall design direction.
Architectural Interior Planning
Key elements such as kitchens, cabinetry, millwork, lighting placement, and material selections are thoughtfully designed so the home feels cohesive from room to room.
Visualization & Refinement
Custom drawings and hyper-realistic renderings allow homeowners to clearly visualize the space before construction decisions are finalized.
Build Support
I collaborate with builders and trades throughout the project, helping guide design decisions and ensure the final result reflects the intended vision.
MY SERVICES

Custom Home Interior Design
Design guidance for homeowners building custom homes. Services include interior planning, material selections, lighting design, cabinetry concepts, and finish coordination throughout the construction process.

Architectural Interiors
Interior architectural elements such as kitchens, millwork, built-ins, fireplaces, and wall details designed to enhance the character and functionality of the home.

Completion Design
After construction is complete, many homeowners still need help bringing the home fully to life.
I offer post-build design services including furniture planning, textiles, lighting, styling, and finishing layers that transform a newly built house into a complete home.
Elevated Interiors for Real Life
Thoughtful Homes, Built with Intention
The most successful homes are the result of collaboration between homeowner, builder, and designer.
My role is to help guide that process so each design decision contributes to a home that feels cohesive, personal, and deeply livable.
If you are building a custom home or are a builder looking for a collaborative design partner, I would love to connect.
